Launched provider engagement & population health services for national health plan, building the framework for expansion across multiple health plans.
2012
Began supporting Medicare Shared Savings Program ACOs.
2016
Rebranded as CareAllies and streamlined health care solutions. Added new national health plan for CareAllies-aligned providers.
2018
Introduced clinical integration capabilities and launched the first Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) in Texas.
2019
Launched Social Determinants of Health program and added 2 national health plans for CareAllies-aligned providers.
2020
Added new national health plan for CareAllies-aligned providers.
2021
Initiated CareAllies-led Shared Savings Program ACO and new health plan for CareAllies-aligned providers.
2022
Announced CareAllies Accountable Care Solutions' Participation in the ACO REACH Model.*
